Allocation & Supply: In the rare event of distributor delay, quota cuts, damage in transit, or the order being unable to be fulfilled, Toyfessional will issue a 100% full refund immediately.

Cancellations & Final Sale: Coming Soon orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch, subject to a 10% processing fee to cover non-refundable merchant fees. Once fulfilled and shipped, all sales are strictly final (no returns or exchanges).

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at toyfessional@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence. Original packaging must be kept for all claims.

Shipping Info

Tracking: Every order includes a Canada Post/Chit Chats tracking number.
