About Us

Hi, I'm Terry. I'm a collector based in Coquitlam, BC, and the person behind Toyfessional.

🏁 How it started

It started when I was a kid. Every car my parents got me, I opened and played with right away. Mini 4WD, Tomica, Tamiya builds, Hot Wheels. If it had wheels, I was obsessed. No keeping it in the box, no displaying. Just playing.

That love for cars never went away. It went from toy cars on the floor, to real cars in the garage, to a collection of over 1,000 diecast models.

From Hot Wheels Treasure Hunts to premium 1:64 brands like Mini GT, Pop Race and INNO64, if it's worth collecting, I've probably had it in my hands.

🔧 Why I built Toyfessional

Finding good diecast in Canada shouldn't be this hard. Shipping from overseas is expensive, local options are limited, and the good stuff disappears fast.

So I built Toyfessional: a collector-owned store, run by someone who loves this hobby. Every item is hand-picked, in mint condition, and packed the way I'd want my own collection shipped.
