- ✖️ Cancel before shipping: 10% processing fee.
- 💯 If the manufacturer or supplier can't deliver: 100% refund.
- 🔒 Once shipped, the order is final sale.
🟠 Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order with Toyfessional, you are purchasing an item that is not yet in our physical inventory. Payment is collected in full at checkout to secure your allocation with our distributors. Release dates are set by the manufacturer and may change.
🔵 Coming Soon
Coming Soon items have already been ordered from our distributor and are on their way to us. Payment is collected in full at checkout to reserve your unit. Quantities are limited to what we have ordered.
✖️ Cancelling Before Shipment
You may cancel a Pre-Order or Coming Soon order any time before it ships. Because your unit is reserved as soon as you order, customer-initiated cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
🔒 After Shipment
Once an order has been fulfilled and a tracking number has been generated, it is final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. If your item arrives damaged, wrong, or defective, see our Refund Policy.
💯 Manufacturer & Allocation Issues
If a manufacturer delays indefinitely or cancels production, or our distributor cuts our allocation, you will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method with no fee.
