Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet in our physical inventory. We collect payment at checkout to secure your allocation.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been dispatched, you cannot cancel the order, but you may request a return according to our returns policy.

  • Cancellation Fees: For customer-initiated cancellations (change of mind) on pre-order items, a 10% cancellation fee based on the item's value will be applied to cover administrative and processing costs.

  • Supplier Issues: In the event that a manufacturer cancels production or a supplier fails to meet our allocation, toy·fes·sion·al will provide a full refund to your original payment method.

Subscriptions & Try Before You Buy Currently, we do not offer subscription services or "try before you buy" options. All purchases are standard one-time transactions.
