Cancellation policy

When you place a pre-order with Toyfessional, you are purchasing an item that is not yet in our physical inventory. Payment is collected in full at checkout to secure your allocation with our distributors.

You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled and dispatched. Because allocations are reserved immediately upon order placement, all customer-initiated cancellations (such as a change of mind) are subject to a 10% processing fee to cover non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and a tracking number has been generated, the order is strictly final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

In the rare event that a manufacturer delays indefinitely, cancels production, or distributor allocation cuts occur, you will receive a 100% full refund to your original payment method immediately.
