All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Contact us at toyfessional@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence and we will work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All items are final sale including sale items and gift cards. We do not accept returns for any reason except defective or incorrect items.

Pre-Order Policy

All pre-orders are final sale. No cancellations or refunds once a pre-order is placed. ETAs are estimates provided by manufacturers and are subject to change without notice. Toyfessional is not responsible for any manufacturer delays.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Item must be in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
