📦 Packaging & Protection

We know how much the box matters to a collector. Every order is packed in a sturdy cardboard box with generous bubble wrap protection. We do not use poly mailers or soft envelopes, ensuring your model arrives in the best possible condition.

⏱️ Processing Time

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 2-3 business days of receiving your payment.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. A single 1:64 model is usually under 0.5 kg.

Want your order right away? Customers anywhere in Metro Vancouver with orders of $60 CAD or more (before tax) can pick up for free at a meetup at Coquitlam Centre.

🔵 Coming Soon Items

Coming Soon items are already on their way to us from the distributor. You can order them together with in-stock items, and the whole order will ship in one shipment once the Coming Soon items arrive. If you'd like your in-stock items right away, please place a separate order.

🟠 Pre-Orders

Pre-order items must be purchased in a separate order from in-stock and Coming Soon items, so the rest of your order isn't held up. Pre-orders will be dispatched as soon as they arrive. Release dates are set by the manufacturer and may change. Free shipping on orders of $100 CAD or more applies to pre-orders as well.

🛡️ Tracking & Insurance

Every shipped order includes a tracking number and is insured against loss or damage in transit. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

🌎 Where We Ship

Currently, Toyfessional ships exclusively to addresses within Canada. If you are a collector outside Canada interested in our models, feel free to contact us at toyfessional@gmail.com or via Instagram, and we will do our best to accommodate custom inquiries where feasible.

📍 Remote Areas, PO Boxes & Oversized Items

Extra shipping fees may apply for remote locations, PO Boxes, or oversized and heavy items, even when free shipping applies. If your order is affected, we will contact you before shipping so you can decide how to proceed.

✏️ Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, email us right away with your order number. Once a package has shipped, we can't guarantee it can be redirected. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the cost of reshipping is the customer's responsibility.

📬 Delivered Packages

Once tracking shows your package as delivered, we are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery. If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help you follow up with the carrier.
