Shipping policy

Packaging & Protection We know how much the box matters to a collector. Every order is packed in a sturdy cardboard box with generous bubble wrap protection. We do not use poly mailers or soft envelopes, ensuring your model arrives in the best possible condition.

Processing Time We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving your payment. For orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will be dispatched once all items are available.

Shipping Coverage & Destinations:

Currently, Toyfessional ships exclusively to addresses within Canada and the United States. We do not offer international shipping outside of North America at this time. If you are an international collector interested in our models, feel free to contact us at toyfessional@gmail.com or via Instagram, and we will do our best to accommodate custom inquiries where feasible.

Shipping Rates

Canada & USA: Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD. For orders below this threshold, shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout.

Tracking Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
