⚠️ Pre-Order Policy

Securing Allocation: Full payment is processed at checkout to guarantee your order. Pre-order items are not yet in our physical inventory.

ETA (Estimated Arrival): Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and may shift due to factory delays, freight transit, or customs clearance.

Shipping & Fulfillment:

• Pre-Orders Must Be Purchased Separately: Pre-order items cannot be combined with in-stock or Coming Soon items in the same order. Please check out your pre-order items as a separate order, so the rest of your order isn't held up waiting on the pre-order.

• Multiple Pre-Orders: An order containing multiple pre-order items with differing ETAs will ship together once all models arrive. If you'd rather receive each one as it arrives, please place separate orders.

Allocation & Supply: In the rare event of manufacturer cancellations or distributor quota cuts, Toyfessional will issue a 100% full refund immediately.

Cancellations & Final Sale: Pre-orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch, subject to a 10% processing fee to cover non-refundable merchant fees. Once fulfilled and shipped, all sales are strictly final (no returns or exchanges).

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Condition & Returns

⚠️ All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at toyfessional@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence. Original packaging must be kept for all claims.

Tampos & Cards: We do not guarantee 100% perfect tampos (e.g., straightness). Some cards may have international language stickers on the back.
