📦 Coming Soon Policy

Reserved Stock: This item has been placed on order with our distributor and is being prioritized for shipment to Toyfessional, but has not yet arrived in our physical inventory. Full payment is processed at checkout to reserve your unit. Quantity is strictly limited to what has been requested from the distributor; no additional units will be added once sold out.

ETA (Estimated Arrival): The estimated arrival window is broad and provided in good faith based on distributor and shipment schedules. Actual arrival may shift due to production delays, freight transit times, customs clearance, or carrier delays. This is separate from our Pre-Order Cutoff — Coming Soon items are already placed with the distributor and moving toward fulfillment, not awaiting an order deadline.

Shipping & Fulfillment:

• In-Stock + Coming Soon: Orders containing both will ship together in one shipment once the Coming Soon items are physically received and inspected. If you'd like your in-stock items right away, please place a separate order.

• Multiple Coming Soon Items: Orders containing multiple Coming Soon items with differing ETAs will ship together once all items arrive. For separate shipments, please place individual orders.

• Coming Soon + Pre-Order: Pre-order items must be checked out as a separate order and cannot be combined with Coming Soon items.

Allocation & Supply: In the rare event of distributor delay, quota cuts, damage in transit, or the order being unable to be fulfilled, Toyfessional will issue a 100% full refund immediately.

Cancellations & Final Sale: Coming Soon orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch, subject to a 10% processing fee to cover non-refundable merchant fees. Once fulfilled and shipped, all sales are strictly final (no returns or exchanges).

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

⚠️ All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
